MESKY Organized a Two-Day Outdoor Leadership Training Camp
At the end of February, the MESKY team organized a two-day outdoor leadership training camp at Luofu Mountain in Huizhou, China. The event was themed “One Mission, One Team”, aiming to strengthen teamwork, leadership, and resilience across the company.
Employees from different departments participated in the program, stepping outside their daily work environment to challenge themselves through outdoor activities and collaborative exercises. The training camp was designed to reinforce MESKY’s commitment to building a strong and united team behind our innovation in professional hair styling tools.
Mountain Trekking Challenge to Build Team Spirit
The first day began with a group departure from the company headquarters to the training base at Luofu Mountain. Under the guidance of professional trainers, the team began a mountain trekking challenge through forest trails and rugged terrain.
Throughout the journey, team members encouraged and supported each other while completing a series of outdoor tasks. The challenging environment pushed everyone to step outside their comfort zone and rely on teamwork to reach the destination.
